What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
Do you charge sales tax? We currently charge sales tax for orders shipping to NC, NY, SC, NJ, FL, VT and PA.
Can I cancel my order or make changes to my order after placing it? Our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible; therefore, once an order is submitted, we may be unable to make any changes to quantity, sizing or your shipping method. However, we do strive on providing the best customer service possible and will do our best to adhere to your request. Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address? Most certainly! Once you have made your selections and are ready to check out, simply go to your shopping cart and enter in your desired shipping address before submitting your order.
Do you ship to a PO Box? Yes, TCK Brands offers Priority Shipping via the US Postal Service which will deliver to a PO Box.
How can I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email complete with a UPS tracking number.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email of my online order. What do I do? First, check your spam folder. If you don't see an email from us there, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at info@tckbrands.com or call our toll-free number at (877) 429-7637.
When will my order arrive? All US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or for an additional small fee, you may choos UPS Ground Delivery Service. Orders should be received within 5-7 business days after processing. Delivery time does include Saturdays, Sundays(depending on your area), but not government holidays.  For faster shipping, customers may purchase UPS 2-day or UPS Overnight Shipping Delivery. Please note that UPS 2-day or Overnight shipping excludes delivery on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Please also note that during final sales and the holiday season (November/December) delivery times can be longer than usual.
What if an item is missing from my shipment? If an item is missing from your shipment, please contact our Customer Service Team via email at info@tckbrands.com or call our toll-free number at (877) 429-7637.
Where does my order ship from? Mocksville, North Carolina
Do you make custom socks for Team Sports? Please refer to our Direct to Business division at TCKSports.com for custom orders or you may reach their Customer Service Department toll free at (800) 438-6884.
What shipping method do you use? We offer USPS Priority Mail. Shipping Monday - Friday. Orders received prior to 3 PM EST, will ship the same day received. Orders received after 3 PM EST, cut-off will ship the next business day.
What are your shipping rates? USPS Priority Mail Shipping is on us if your order totals $30 or more and shipped within the contiguous 48 States. Any orders with a total under $30 will incur normal Priority Mail shipping rates of $5.00 per order (Promotions may vary). UPS Ground Shipping is available for $7.00 per order. Expedited shipping is available within the continental US only (excludes AK and HI): UPS 2-Day Delivery is $16.00 and UPS Overnight Delivery is $23.00.
Do you offer free shipping? USPS Priority Mail shipping is on us if orders are $30 or more. (Promotions may vary)
Do you ship internationally? We do not offer shipping outside the Continental US at this time.
Do you ship to Canada? We offer shipping to Canada, all shipping and duty rates apply.
What is your return/exchange policy? 30 Day warranty - Not exactly the product you were looking for? Simply return the unworn product with original packaging/tags and proof of purchase for refund.90 Day Warranty - Quality or workmanship issues are not acceptable for you - or for us. How long will it take for my return to be processed? Refunds are processed within 7 days from the time the returned package arrives at our warehouse. Depending on how your bank processes credit, please allow 7 to 10 days from the time the returned package is processed for the refund to be reflected in your account.

How to use a Coupon, Voucher, or Promo Code? You will be prompted during the check out process to enter your promo or coupon code when finalizing payment information. Coupon codes are limited to one per customer per purchase and are good for a one-time use only.

Where is TCK Brands located? TCK Brands is located in Conover, NC, with warehouses in Mocksville, NC.
What is considered a business day? Customer Service hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST. Our office is closed on the weekends and holidays, however we will always ensure that you have a response back within 24 hours of receiving your message.
What size should I order? Are Men's and Women's sizing different? Our socks are made with elastic to fit a range of sizes and will stretch comfortably to fit both the low and high ends of each range. Our special size chart should guide you in the right direction. You may refer to our sizing chart under each style of your choice.
What is the difference between the heights of your socks? See attached chart.
How do I wash my socks? Care instructions may vary depending upon style/design of sock. See information charts provided under each item listed on website.
Will my socks fade? Our socks are made with high quality fibers and fading can be avoided if suggested care instructions are followed.
Are the materials in your socks primarily manufactured in the USA? We source responsibly all over the world. TCK Brands adheres to the strictest codes of conduct in order to promote social well-being and safety with all of our factory partners.
